Meditation Classes and Day Retreats




Join a regular class to gain knowledge and skills that will evolve deepen over time, and to be able to practice and share your experience with others in small supportive groups.

All groups are super friendly and held in a homely environment.

Meditation is a enormously beneficial tool that can be easily learned to enable you to look after your own health and wellbeing. Research into meditation has documented multiple physical, emotional and mental health benefits.

A DAY RETREAT is time out from a busy life to experience deep relaxation and to develop some simple tool to bring greater calm into your daily life.
Runs from 10.30am to 3.30pm.
Includes Relaxation Practices, Mindfulness Meditation and Restful Activities.
Lunch included.

Mindfulness Meditation CD is available - nearly 80 minutes worth of guided meditations. Only $15.
